What kinds of foods give you enough of fiber?

Fiber is very critical for a healthy digestive system. And are available in certain vegetables, whole grains and fruits. By slowing down the digestive process, they see to it that sugar enters the blood steadily, thus helping in maintaining blood sugar levels. When fiber is broken, it produces certain acids that keep the intestines healthy. Beans, fruits and oats are recommended dietary fiber. And of course, whole grain is recommended too.
