Exercises give strength to the muscles around the joints. And help facilitate proper and easy movement of the joint areas. Walking is one of the better exercises for you. It helps build strength and flexibility around the painful joint areas. Yoga is particularly useful for those afflicted by arthritis. The deep breathing exercises coupled with stretching can help the tired muscles refresh. Cycling and swimming are other exercises good for you. Adequate rest is important too.
