Is frequent urination causing you social embarrassment? Learn to manage it better.

There are many reasons why you’re not able to hold your urine in the bladder. Understanding the root cause and treating it leads to a normal life. A weak bladder that is unable to hold back the urine may be a cause of incontinence. If you feel the urge to rush to the toilet when there’s pressure on the bladder caused by laughing, coughing or crying, it could be due to stress. Go to the toilet every two hours to empty. And drink less coffee, juices and water to reduce your frequent trips to the toilet. An ultrasound may help detect the problem.
