Secret diet to fight common colds!

Research has proven that a healthy dose of vitamin D helps fight common colds and respiratory diseases. While exposure to sunlight is a good source of natural vitamin D, plenty of milk and fish help in accumulation of the important vitamin. And you must ensure that you have adequate amounts of these regularly. 10 to 15 minutes of exposure to sunlight without a sun screen is recommended.
