Do the acids burn your stomach after a meal? Learn to stop that reflux.

Never eat to the full because it can regurgitate and cause you burps and a heart burn. A two hour gap after a meal is recommended before hitting the bed. Carbonated beverages when taken frequently can cause burps and lead to heart burns. Overweight can also lead to acidic stomachs causing you breathing difficulties. Exercise to burn the fat. If certain foods like potatoes, tubers and fried stuff cause heart burns, avoid them. A small and frequent meal is one good way of avoiding these acid burns.
