If you’re suffering from migraines or chronic headaches, this is a must read for you.

Central nervous system disorders and abnormalities in the vascular system are believed to cause migraines. Treating the migraine within an hour of occurrence is the way to go. If you are in the preliminary stage, doctors may suggest general pain relievers. Else acute doses may be recommended by your doctor. Some of these drugs have side effects; discuss with doctor before treatment. Relaxation and biofeedback have been recommended to prevent migraines. A piece of ginger is said to relieve pain in those who have migraine, although children and pregnant ladies must not take it.
