Tips to Treat Ear Pain in Children
Children generally have ear aches due to infection in the ear or a foreign body inside the ear. A child may put a small pin, stone or even a leaf inside the ear. If the child cries constantly and tugs the ear, it’s a sign of pain in the ear. In there’s discharge from the ear, it is an infection. Visit your ear, nose and throat specialist and get the child checked. Discharge from the eyes too could indicate ear infections. Use ear drops for temporary relief, but consult the doctor soon.
