We’d be surprised by poor care of our feet. The feet that bears our weight and takes us everywhere is not cared for well. Age, overweight, diabetes, family history of feet pain, improper footwear are common causes of pain in the feet. If you have diabetes you must get your feet checked and take care to wear well fitting shoes. If there’s poor circulation, regular massages and hot water fomentation should provide you some relief. Wear cotton socks that suck up the sweat and wash your feet after you return home. Walking is a good exercise for better circulation of blood in the feet area.
