Health Tips to Put on Weight

The easiest way to put on weight is to eat more. Eat more calorie rich food. Whole grain foods, rice, potatoes, beans all contain plenty of starch. Add a little bit of fat in your diet till you gain weight. Eat meat with skin. Take fat rich dairy products including butter. Cut down on salads and go for more calorie rich snacks. Take care to avoid saturated foods and sugar rich foods.
