Are you feeling lonely? 4 ways to feel better.

Loneliness can come from a feeling of disconnect with people around. It can also be due to a loss of someone close to you or can be driven by your withdrawal from folks around you. Find what causes loneliness and when you feel lonely. Reconnect to old friends and make an effort to get out of the confines of your home. Is your self esteem low? Then you need to look at the strengths in you and build and showcase it to others. Begin to like yourself. Finding a new meaning in life can easily drive away loneliness, try community work. There’s nothing more satisfying than helping those in need. Being around in a group or a club should help you connect.
