Easy Tips to build your self esteem?

Self esteem is driven by our perception of ourselves. If you feel low, then you must do this exercise. List out all the good things about you, small and big. List the compliments you have received thus far from friends and relatives. Ask a few of your friends what they like about you. Tell them to suggest areas of improvement. Use this information to build on your strengths. Let me assure you that pride about your looks, achievements or things you possess are good to boost your self esteem. Reward yourself for every small achievement at work.
