People who have a sweet tooth need to keep a watch on weight, diabetes and dental problems. But you don’t have to stop eating sweets altogether. Because sometimes when you do this you tend to go on a binge and put on weight. Instead keep your intake within the overall calorie limit. Eat a little sweet but learn to stop after that. Instead of chocolate, try a hot chocolate beverage. Burn calories by exercising. Control your sweet eating habit by cutting down on sweets in a slow and phased manner.
