Motivating talk on Health

You've heard it a million times: "most people don't value their health until they lose it." Too many amongst us sacrifice our health in hot pursuit of acclaim, status and economic rewards. But what's the point of being the richest person in the graveyard? What's the point of arriving at your mountaintop in an ambulance? What's the point of getting to your biggest To Dos with a critical illness in tow? Doesn't make any sense. Yet all too often it takes a serious illness for us to wake up to the health imperative.

Balance. One of my all-time favorite words. Yes, dream big dreams. Yes, commit to elite performance in your career and hold yourself to a standard higher than anyone could ever expect of you. And yes, be the most hardworking person you know. Those things will always pay nice dividends.
