Ways to manage dry eyes

Dryness of the eyes is caused by the lack of adequate tear formation in the eyes. Tears actually provide the moisture for the moving eyelids and result in correct vision. Allergies, lack of vitamin A, pollution, dry air or lack of adequate blinking can cause dry eyes. While there is no cure, there are effective reliefs available. Eye drops prescribed by your eye specialist can provide great relief. Keeping room moist and keeping away from heating systems can help. Wash your eyes regularly.
