3 easy ways to manage puffy eyes

Are your eyelids swollen or is the corner of your eyes swollen? This may be caused by lack of sleep, stress, allergies or sometimes even excessive sodium and salt in your foods. 8 to 10 hours of rest is one way of reducing the puffiness. If you’re stresses up then you must learn to relax. Get out of your routine and start exercising. Drink 10 to 12 glasses of water. The eyes are very sensitive and so dust and pollution could also result in swelling of the eyelids. Try to wash your contact lenses regularly.
