Foods to fight constipation

Fiber rich foods such as whole grains, vegetables and brown rice help fight constipation naturally. Bananas and onions are known to fight bacteria in the gut and thus help fight constipation. Prunes and pears are recommended to alleviate the miseries of constipation. If you have a child under 12 months, soak dry grapes overnight in a glass of water and give the water next day. Drinking plenty of water and avoiding foods that cause constipation will help you a lot.
