Tips for better digestion of food

Always eat fresh food, vegetables and fruits. These contain enzymes that help in digestion. Identify foods that upset your stomach and keep away from them to prevent indigestion. Avoid fatty foods and eat less oily stuff and reduce your intake of salt and sugar. Handle your stress well as this has a direct effect on your digestion. And most importantly, chew thoroughly. The better you grind your food before it enters the stomach, the easier it is digestible.
