How to reduce knee pain?

Suffering from knee pain? Here’s some quick remedy. General knee pains occur due to overweight, straining due to excessive physical activity, lack of activity for long periods or injuries. Take adequate rest and avoids any sports for some time. For relief, apply ice every four hours. In case of swelling, keep in raised position. While sleeping you can keep a soft pillow below knee. A knee cap or bandage can be used to reduce swelling. Painkillers must be used only in case of acute pain. And never regularly.
