How to stop belching?

Digestive discomfort, fried stuff, tubers, carbonated drinks, eating or drinking very quickly tend to cause you to belch loudly. It’s quite embarrassing when you have to belch in a public place. Sometimes a full stomach forces you to belch, to relieve you of the discomfort. Avoid eating a complete meal before sleep. Cut down on carbonated beverages, milk products and potatoes. Exercise to help tone your stomach muscles. Don’t wear tight fitting clothes that might cause abdominal discomfort.
