Healing quotes to heal your self positively

Spiritual progress is like detoxification. Things have to come up in order to be released. Once we have asked to be healed, then our unhealed places are forced to the surface.
Marianne Williamson

Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him.
Matthew 5:25

Eventually you will come to understand that love heals everything, and love is all there is.
Gary Zukav

Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy. But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you.
Matthew 5:43-44

So when you see someone who is sick and as a healer you want to assist them, the first thing that you want to understand is that they're already doing Step 1 [asking], because their sickness is causing them to ask in a more powerful than ever way. And even if the conscious-thinking human weren't saying "I'm sick I want to be well", the cells of his body are asking and the asking is already well underway, and flow is already going regarding this individual. Step 2 [Source answering] is already taking place: the asking and the answering have already taken place! So what you are as a healer, is a facilitator in helping them to relax and allow what they've already asked for, and allow Source's answering to occur.
Abraham

When you surrender to the illness, you continue to receive your treatments, explore your feelings, repair your relationships and do all the other work of healing. But while you are working, you are saying, "Thy will be done" and not "My will be done." Surrender the pain, fear and worries and you'll be able to keep love, hope and joy in your life. As the Serenity Prayer tells us, leave it to God and rest.

Crying Heals your self

Studies that chemically analyzed tears indicated that teardrops cleanse stress hormones, so we feel less fatigued after crying. Our sobs are an innate gift because tears assist the body in washing away toxins. Many recent studies have explored why men tend to die seven years earlier than women. Researchers noted that most men seldom cry. Even when they allow tears to well up in their eyes, they rarely shed these very precious, innate rejuvenators. It seems that we forgot to tell our little boys that the strongest trees -- those that tend to live the longest -- bend with the wind.
