How to stay young and cheerful?
The process of ageing is natural. But it is also partly in the mind. By exercising and staying fit, we tend to be more energetic. Have healthy habits by cutting out alcohol, smoking and other unhealthy habits. A positive outlook has an effect on the way we perceive things. Develop a sense of humour and also a sense of seeing things in a humorous way. Dress well, eat healthy and be in the company of young and cheerful people. Also connect to family and share happy things every day.

If it’s very painful, the doctor may suggest a simple surgery. So, if you have a wart for long or it’s painful see the doctor today.

What do your nails tell you?
Nails tell more tales about your health than you care to know. Pale nails in young people could mean anemia, diabetes or liver and heart related problems. If the nails are completely white and the edges are dark, it could be signs of jaundice. Bluish nails mean signs of pneumonia. If your nails show spots or lines, then it could be arthritis or psoriasis. Yellowish nails may be a result of a fungal infection.

Have lice on your head? Shake off the embarrassment now
Do you scratch your head while at office or hanging out with friends. The best way we thought was to comb from scalp to the end of our hairs, right. Or let someone inspect our hair and remove the lice. But there’s a better way of doing it, comb your hair after a hair wash when the hair is still a little wet. This helps detect lice much better, says research. Of course, washing it regularly and treating it well keeps them away for sure.
