Have back pain? Correct your postures now.

While sitting use a chair that supports your lower back or you can keep a small pillow behind your lower back. Sit erect and stretch your legs a few times every hour. Get out of your chair for a few minutes every hour. While standing, do not bend your back or drop your shoulders. Stand with your legs spaced apart comfortably. While sleeping lie down on your back or side, but never in awkward positions.
