Easy ways to good health

15 minutes of laughter every day gives us good sleep and a great mood through the day. Laughter exercises the stomach and facial muscles and that’s good for you. Laughter is a way of relieving stress in ourselves. A silly joke, a comedy show or a funny news story can all tickle your funny bone. There’s also a laughter yoga therapy. Yes, laughter has a therapeutic effect and is used at hospitals where clowns and jokers entertain patients.
