Easy Self Improvement Tips
Because everyone is different there is no one path in the journey toward self improvement. Each person must find their own way and in their own time. There will be set backs and pain along the way and at times, the temptation to surrender and go back to where we started will seem almost irresistible. I know this from personal experience. I have taken many dead-ends, been down winding paths that peter out, climbed up many steep summits only to come crashing down. My journey will never end but I know that every single step taken was worth the effort. There is no going back!

Pretend that every single person you meet has a sign around
his or her neck that says. 'Make me feel important.' Not only
will you succeed in sales, you will succeed in life.

One of the best ways to get yourself motivated is to make use of pain and pleasure. How do we exactly do this? Easy, associate massive pain to not taking action and massive pleasure to taking action. So whenever you think of not taking action, for example not exercising - associate painful things like becoming fat, lacking energy, looking ugly, body getting weaker etc to it. Then associate pleasurable things like looking good, feeling energetic etc to exercising (taking action).

We’re only human. We have good intentions, but our willpower can fail us. Over time we wear down and need an extra push. Don’t let the fear of wasting money prevent you from investing in your goals. If you know you want something, invest in it financially and mentally. Give yourself a resource and a reason to push yourself. Don’t be afraid to make a mistake. One great investment can make up for scores mediocre ones. With hard work you’ll make back the money you spend, but you’ll never be able to get back lost time.
