Laughter as therapy

Sounds silly to ask this. But if two partners in love don’t laugh together regularly, it’s a sign of a strained relationship, say psychologists. Whether you want to read out jokes from reader’s digest, watch Mr Bean or Pogo together, you decide what’s best. But a few moments to smile and laugh do wonders to intimacy. Share your foibles or incidents from office, roll on the floor or dance. But make him/ her laugh.
