How to stay young and cheerful?

The process of ageing is natural. But it is also partly in the mind. By exercising and staying fit, we tend to be more energetic. Have healthy habits by cutting out alcohol, smoking and other unhealthy habits. A positive outlook has an effect on the way we perceive things. Develop a sense of humour and also a sense of seeing things in a humorous way. Dress well, eat healthy and be in the company of young and cheerful people. Also connect to family and share happy things every day.
