How to manage loneliness

The first thing you need to do is be aware that you’re feeling alone and you need company. Therefore quickly pick up the phone or drive down to connect to schoolmates, colleagues or buddies. Get into a situation where you meet people – gym, club or associations. Begin to open up, say hello or look into people eyes to tell them you’re friendly. First show interest in others and slowly open up to communicate your feelings. Look after yourself well. And things will fall in place.
