Age and stress could make us feel old. You should first look at balancing your diet. Adequate amount of vitamins and minerals, plenty of water and less of oil, salt and meat is recommended. Exercise for atleast 15 minutes a day to tone up your muscles. You must take care by dressing better, styling your hair and caring for your skin. Often neglect of oneself also causes one to feel unpleasant and spending more time to care for yourself will make you feel a lot better and younger.
