Do you bottle up your feelings? Find out what happens when you do that.

Sadness, happiness, frustration, jealousy or anger are feelings that are normal. Everyone undergoes them. When you don’t express them it tends to build up stress in the mind and ultimately hits your health. Speak to someone you trust. Learn to express your feelings openly. Seek the trust and understanding of family. This cleanses your mind of all negative feelings. And prevents you from being hit by stress. Over time you’ll learn to handle these emotions better.
