4 Ways to Prevent a Hangover

The best way to prevent hangovers is to stop drinking too much. But that’s easier said than done. Never drink on an empty stomach since the system tends to absorb all the alcohol. Eating something along with drinks helps in slowing down the absorption of the drinks. Plenty of water before you sleep helps. A glass of fresh juice the next morning helps reduce the hangover effect. Do not take anything sugary. And avoid coffee in the morning.
